Amiee just nails it!

By that I mean the guts of the house. She helped us see what we would not have seen in many homes. She has a real feel for what was there before and what to watch out for. She also knows a well-built home right away. She shows you what to look for and explains it so you understand. Amiee helped us all the way through the buying process and after we were in, she helped refer us to very reliable people to fix a few things we wanted to fix. She's right there for you, too.
